Growing up as a beach girl in Gloucester, MA, Iris has a deep appreciation for loving where you live. Although she misses the days when she could easily hit the beach, she happily moved to Derry, NH in 2009 and bought her first home. She and her husband have raised four incredible children there, aged 4 to 24, who are her greatest joy and inspiration. Outside of her family and real estate, Iris has an enormous love for music of all kinds. She is a big fan of art, sinking her teeth into a good book, dancing like there's nobody watching, and writing poetry!
