Born and bred in Southern NH.  Katrina attended Hesser College in Nashua and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Katrina comes to us with over 20+ years of experience in Retail Management under her belt, in various multi-million dollar brands. Katrina considers herself very fortunate as retail management has allowed her to utilize her interpersonal skills. Through making personal connections, celebrating successes, learning from failure and team building. Her management career evolved into building relationships either amongst her team, customers or community networking. Maybe you have crossed paths with her in her retail life. She always jokingly introduced herself as “Katrina, like the hurricane”. Instead of leaving disaster, she helps navigate the best path. 

In every aspect of life, personal and professional she has always believed that it’s all about the PEOPLE. Building great relationships and paying attention to detail have become her personal mantra. Having always felt a pull towards real estate, it’s that networking that led her to Jill and Co. Joining the team really is a culmination of everything that Katrina has been working toward. It’s her personal passion to seeing people find their dream homes and making it possible for them. 

On the personal side her family means everything, and while she may have a blended family, they are never bored. She has a son in college. She has two bonus teenagers, a dog and family that lives very local. When at home you will find her cooking in the kitchen, working on a DIY project or working out. Katrina loves to travel and only has 12 states remaining on her goal of visiting all 50 states.
